Testify Performance and it’s staff have been a huge part in my development since turning pro. Off-ice training with them has given me an opportunity to improve as a player and chase my goals on a daily basis.

Testify has given me the confidence for countless years that training away from my NHL facility is only going to benefit me and that is not always the case for players around the league. When you put that alongside the countless staff and players who make the environment so positive and competitive, it constantly makes you strive to push yourself and become a better hockey player & person.

Testify Performance has been a place that has pushed me to grow as a player and person with staff that truly cares for you. The environment and other players & clients push you to become a better version of yourself. I have trained here for 6 off-seasons now and my strength goals have increased greatly along with my on-ice production.

Speed Skating Manitoba has been utilizing Testify for the last five years for our elite strength training needs. Working with the Testify team has been a great experience for our athletes. Testify has helped to build the strength foundation of many of our National Champions, and World Championship Medalists.

Testify Performance caught my eye in 2021 as my son was here for speed skating, off ice training and rehab during injuries. It was evident that the overall health of athletes is paramount. As someone that has always been active, I look for workouts and gyms that support challenges & are great environments for crushing a workout. Testify Performance “Lifestyle” members benefit from the personalized programs, learning new techniques or equipment and encouragement even in the most grueling sets. I started in 2021 going 2x week, then 3x and in 2023 a huge goal for 5x week was amazing. The staff at Testify have been amazing through a recent injury and I look forward to crushing new goals this winter!

Testify Performance is my oasis where I go to work out and forget the day to day grind that I leave outside the door in the parking lot. Be it in the gym where I am constantly challenged with a program that is tailored for me, under helpful, fully engaged trainers or in the physio clinic getting treated when I push too hard. I usually get words of encouragement to rehab properly. I usually leave tired but physically and mentally refreshed. I have been a member for over two years and can’t say enough about the positive enthusiasm and encouragement we all receive.

We have partnered with Testify Performance since 2019. We are lucky to train in a first-class facility with top-shelf trainers. As one of the biggest boys’ volleyball clubs in Canada, our work together helps keep our athletes at the top of their game!
