Courtney graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2022. Being an athlete, she has always had an interest in anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Her practice is focused on helping clients maintain mobility and promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. She has experience in pre and post-sport massage to enhance muscle performance and recovery. Techniques she likes to incorporate into a treatment include myofascial, functional/active release, joint mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated (PNF) stretching. She is Myofascial Cupping certified and often uses deeper pressure but can adjust depending on what you’re looking for and what your body needs.
When she's not working, she likes walking her dog, hanging out with friends, trying new coffee shops, and reading. She also enjoys playing slo pitch, tennis, golf, and broomball!
