The R1 Volleyball Academy is a premier private school volleyball program dedicated to developing highly motivated Grade 7 and 8 student-athletes both on and off the court. Combining volleyball development with academics, the academy prepares athletes for success. With elite coaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to excellence, athletes are immersed in a high-performance environment designed to maximize their potential.

The Grade 7 and 8 program is for 12- and 13-year-old athletes and operated out of RINK Training Centre, with daily on- and off-court development.

The English Language Arts curriculum is designed as a complex process of inquiry, collaboration and discovery that is facilitated by language through involvement in reading, writing, responding, representing and viewing. Students will be given opportunities to become proficient in all of the language arts. Their learning opportunities will promote reflective thinking so progress can be planned, monitored, and assessed.
The St. Ignatius Math Program fosters and nurtures students' passion, aptitude and enjoyment of mathematics through discussion, investigation and practical means. The objectives of the math program are:

In addition to the core subject areas, students expand their knowledge and experience through shops and language programs. They’re also encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities to broaden their skills and learning community outside the classroom.

Known for their high level coaching, athlete centered approach, and commitment to technical excellence, 204 Volleyball brings a proven system that develops players at every stage, from foundational skills to advanced performance. Operating out of Canadian Mennonite University, their experienced coaching staff and evidence based training methods ensure athletes receive top tier instruction in a positive, competitive, and growth focused environment. Together, they are creating an integrated pathway that elevates the volleyball experience.
