Off-season training at Testify Performance takes an integrated approach with our on-ice professionals and immerses you in a high-performance environment. Our program will challenge and surround you with both players and performance coaches pushing you to #proveyourself every day.

Initial Testing: Athletes complete performance testing during the first session to establish baselines and track progress.

Performance Monitoring: Key metrics are re-tested throughout the program to ensure appropriate progression.

End-of-Program Athlete Report: Each athlete receives a personalized report outlining strengths, areas for development, and in-season recommendations.

Foundational Preparation Phase: athletes complete two weeks of foundational preparation focused on mobility, movement quality, landing mechanics, joint stability, aerobic conditioning, and tissue tolerance. This phase supports injury reduction and prepares athletes for increased workload & intensity.

Development Focused for Female Athletes: Training emphasizes safe strength development, hip and knee control, acceleration mechanics, and total-body coordination. The goal is building confident, capable movers that supports long-term athletic development.

Sport-Specific Transfer: As the program progresses, training becomes more hockey-specific with explosive accelerations, change of direction, competitive drills, and conditioning reflective of game demands.

Program GOAL: To help athletes arrive at tryouts/training camps stronger, healthier, more confident, and physically prepared for the season.
