Mental Performance
Mental Performance Coaching is designed to elevate performance of athletes. Using a three pronged approach to performance education, performance optimization, and performance maintenance, mental performance coaching focuses on systematically building the habits of elite performers. Results include self-awareness, increased confidence, enhanced focus/concentration, athlete wellness and much more!

Injuries are part of being an elite athlete, and they are more than just physical, but mental as well. The more severe the injury, the more challenging the recovery mentally.
Our injured athlete services and programs can support you back into form.
Classifying Injuries
- Minor Injuries - Injuries that allow you to continue activity with some modifications.
- Moderate Injuries - Injuries that disrupt body functions and may necessitate temporary stopping of activities. Recovery involves rest and rehabilitation. Injuries that keep you out of your sport for approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Major Injuries - Injuries that render you unable to perform physical activities and often require surgical intervention. Injuries that are usually 8+ weeks or season ending.
